Ebelleste, LLC is committed to excellence and quality in all areas. Our plans and ideas are based on what we have done in the past with a commitment to always improve and do even better. We continually examine our competitors to look for things that they do well as well as areas that they can improve. We look into past and current trends to see where the industry has been and where it might be heading in the future. Overall, this is a life-long passion project.
While our ultimate goal is to build or acquire a full bowling and entertainment center with multiple attractions, we are starting small with an indoor miniature golf course. This is a course that we had previously remodeled back in 2012-2014 while we were running the bowling center in Brigham City, Utah for the then current owners. After it was sold in 2015, we left the bowling center due to differences of opinion in the direction that the center should go. In 2016, the indoor miniature golf course was moved to a different part of the building and was damaged during that move and it has since fallen into vandalism and disrepair.
We are leasing that indoor miniature golf course located at 15 E 500 N in Brigham City, Utah, inside of the Brigham City Family Fun Center. Before we can open, we need to do extensive repairs and we’re making a lot of improvements. When finished, it will be better than any other course around; a culmination of decades of research, testing, design, and experience.
This 13-hole, indoor miniature golf course will have a theme of a night-time garden. It will be a mixture of black lights and dim LED lights. This is not a “cookie-cutter” course and is an original design with hand-painted art and props.
